Focus on Life Week-week 19 Good Things Inside

I know I have been absent, getting back on track. I have really been focusing on putting better things in my body. Water is the easiest change to make. but can become boring.  I have been drinking flavored sparkling water for years.  To make my water more natural, I bought plain sparkling water and added lemon.  I sometimes add a bit of juice or orange or lime.  I have a special water glass that I keep on the counter and refill as necessary.  Since we have finally have some really gorgeous weather , I was on the deck enjoying my yummy water.
